The business has 22 Cult Clothing stores in Britain, and plans further openings over the course of the year, while it also has 54 concessions in Houses of Fraser stores.
Supergroup is also expanding its business overseas, with plans to launch a dozen franchise operations in countries ranging from Australia to Denmark over the next year.
In September 2008 Glamorgan Telecom were approached by Super Group Holdings to discuss their demanding telecommunication needs for their Head Office in Cheltenham. With their ever increasing national and Global expansion Super Group were in need of a Telecommunications partner who could help them grow and expand their brand whilst keeping successfully in touch with both their online and telephony customer base.

Auto Attendant facility utilising Automatic Call Distribution ensures that incoming calls are efficiently directed to the necessary department, while call waiting and voice mail facilities provide cover if staff are engaged with other calls.
Additionally head office departments have to be in regular contact with their branches to ensure swift delivery of product. Fax to e-mail software for all staff has made this process considerably easier for both the office and the stores.
