Glamorgan Telecom feel training is one of the most important parts of a telephone system solution. All our telephone system training is carried out by our fully qualified trainers.

We recognise that with such an important purchase, our customers require comprehensive training to allow their business to gain the maximum benefit from their new purchase. Our training courses are tailored to fit each requirement:

Adaptable Modular Training services

  • Basic telephone etiquette
  • Handset training - access all features, hold and transfer calls, pick-up
  • Voicemail - recording greetings, retrieving messages
  • Simple programming - speed dials, name changes, time and date setting.
  • Detailed reception/operator training.

Because we want you to fully appreciate the technology provided by us, system training and support on the usage of your telephony equipment will be offered free of charge* for the life of the installation.
