In the event of a system issue, our office based technical staff, are able to dial into your site remotely and deal with around 75% of support requests 'down the line', this not only reduces the disruption to you our customer but also reduces the time to fix the fault.

At Glamorgan Telecom our team of qualified engineering staff are solely dedicated to servicing and maintaining the telephone equipment we supply. Each highly trained technician is equipped with specialist tools, key spare parts and a standard of knowledge that is unsurpassed in the industry.
