Brief

Lawray recognised a need to modernise, rationalise, simplify and better integrate their business telephone system. Streamlining their services was highlighted as a top priority in order to increase efficiency, improve service delivery and develop internal communications across their multiple sites.

All three of Lawray's office locations are now interconnected via a faster SIP phone system and future-proofed for upgrade. The installation of leased lines has increased internet speeds to allow for a more dynamic style of working, enabling staff to collaborate on projects and work remotely, if necessary.
