Brief

After undertaking a complete refurbishment, the new management team required a fresh communications infrastructure to drive efficiency throughout the business. A chaotic and unreliable cabling system was also in need of replacement to ensure reliable interaction between staff and guests. 

Solution

To remove existing cabling system and replace with a new, more organised cabling structure that took into consideration the aesthetics of the surroundings

To install SIP lines to improve connectivity and significantly reduce ongoing call charges

To provide system hardware for 50 bedrooms and internal offices with company branding

To install a control system on reception, including auto-attendant to accurately direct calls and monitor usage
