Kelly joined Glamorgan Telecom when she was just 17, and soon became heavily involved with our growth and development plans. Since her appointment as MD in 2003, Kelly has made it her priority to continue to expand the business and ensure its continued success.
Kelly loves to support the local community, and wherever possible she gets the company involved, whether netball, cricket, rugby or golf, Kelly is a keen grass roots sport supporter. She ran the Cardiff Half Marathon for Hire a Hero and has begun volunteering with local homeless charity, The Huggard Centre.
Mathew firmly believes in putting the customer first. He is committed to delivering innovative technology solutions to suit our customer’s needs and his hands-on approach means he builds strong, long-standing relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Outside of work, Mathew can be found enjoying a glass of red wine in the countryside with his family and little chihuahua, Jasper.
With over 20 years at Glamorgan Telecom, Hayley is the oil that keeps the vibrant sales department running smoothly. She is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, as well as driving new business development across the company.
Friendly and outgoing, she is a firm favourite with customers and is always the life and soul of a GT social!
Kath joined the team in 2014 to assist our sister organisation, Cablestream. Responsible for the billing process, Kath ensures our customers are billed accurately and on time. She also provides essential support, ensuring orders are processed correctly and network faults are resolved efficiently.
Kath has a secret passion for cricket and a not-so-secret love for dogs, she's hoping to get her very-own four-legged friend soon.
With 10 years in the business, Sian provides integral support for our internal Finance Team, assisting with everything from credit control, petty cash and expenses management to maintaining both customer and supplier relationships. Not only is she a valued member of the Finance department, but Sian also keeps our stationary cupboard under lock and key.
Outside of work, Sian is an avid runner. She recently completed the Cardiff Half Marathon and is now beginning to train for her first marathon!
Gemma divides her time between the office and travelling to meet and train customers, ensuring their teams are fully up to speed with system operation and software applications to drive their business efficiency. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Gemma is a guru when it comes to our systems and hardware.
Friendly, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile, Gemma is the ideal customer trainer and a firm favourite with both our customers and suppliers.
Tom is part of our internal Business Development Team, responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing leads and attracting new customers.
Tom has been part of the business since 2015 and is now heading up our ‘Buddy Scheme’ to train and develop new recruits, ensuring they can generate quality leads and manage their sales activities.
Chris, our Operations Manager, is one of our newest recruits. Responsible for Project Management, Customer Service, Training, Sales Support and Marketing, he’s joined GT during an exciting time of growth and development.
Chris has a wealth of invaluable experience within the telecoms industry, not only possessing the technical know-how to ensure our solutions remain at cutting-edge of the industry but also a passion for delivering excellence to our customers. Chris believes that a positive culture drives hard work and success; GT couldn’t agree more.
Outside of work, Chris’ passion is theatre, having both written and starred in a variety of productions over the years. He also likes to conduct staff meetings at the local Starbucks, and let’s just say we’re not complaining.
As Technical Director, Mark leads our team of highly skilled engineers in expertly installing and proactively maintaining our customers' systems.
Mark is an integral part of the business, having been with Glamorgan Telecom for over 20 years and uses his wealth of experience to ensure our customers always receive the very best service.
As Project Manager, Paula is the one who organises the installation of our customers communication solutions. Paula handles each project from beginning to end, ensuring that customers are kept informed during each stage of the process and everything remains on schedule.
Passionate about delivering proactive customer service, Paula aslo oversees our Help Desk team, ensuring that customer queries are dealt with promplty and problems troubleshooted in no time.
