We collect your name, company, telephone number and email address. If you place any personal information in the message box, we collect that as well. We will only use this data to answer your query or respond to your communication. We will enter these details into our secure CRM system so that we can provide you with the best service possible and also to protect your information. We will keep your information until we no longer have any need to communicate with you. This will typically be 12 months after our last email or phone call. We are processing this data because we have a legitimate interest in promoting our products and services. If your enquiry results in you considering us as a supplier for the goods and services we offer, we are then processing your personal information in connection with negotiating a contract.
